{"id":4287,"date":"2020-05-25T08:16:57","date_gmt":"2020-05-25T08:16:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/?p=4287"},"modified":"2020-05-25T08:16:57","modified_gmt":"2020-05-25T08:16:57","slug":"reunion-del-ayto-y-entidades-sociales-sobre-viviendas-turisticas-nota-de-prensa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/reunion-del-ayto-y-entidades-sociales-sobre-viviendas-turisticas-nota-de-prensa\/","title":{"rendered":"Reuni\u00f3n del Ayto y entidades sociales sobre Viviendas tur\u00edsticas | Nota de Prensa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>NOTA DE PRENSA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La APDHA comparte en lo fundamental los criterios expresados por Mart\u00edn Vila para la regulaci\u00f3n, a falta de conocer el detalle de esta.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>En la reuni\u00f3n APDHA exigi\u00f3 una mayor participaci\u00f3n social<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El pasado mi\u00e9rcoles 20 de mayo, se celebr\u00f3 una reuni\u00f3n de los concejales de Urbanismo, Mart\u00edn Vila, y de vivienda, Eva Tub\u00edo, con entidades sociales sobre la propuesta municipal para <strong>regularizar las viviendas tur\u00edsticas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ya que desconoc\u00edamos, y desconocemos, el texto concreto de la propuesta municipal, nuestro objetivo en dicha reuni\u00f3n fue intentar alguna clarificaci\u00f3n en torno a algunos de los temas que consideramos fundamentales de esa posible regulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En concreto nos referimos a la aceptaci\u00f3n por el Ayuntamiento del Informe T\u00e9cnico elaborado en su momento y la zonificaci\u00f3n que establece. Si se iba a establecer un l\u00edmite de saturaci\u00f3n de viviendas tur\u00edsticas por zona y a nivel general de la ciudad. Cual iba a ser el procedimiento de regulaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de ordenanza o modificaci\u00f3n puntual del PGOU. La propuesta para la Aprobaci\u00f3n Inicial por Pleno se basa plenamente en el estudio t\u00e9cnico realizado y recoge la zonificaci\u00f3n contenida en aquel. Asimismo, recoge el l\u00edmite de saturaci\u00f3n por zonas (8%) y el de la ciudad en su conjunto (4%). El instrumento clave para la regularizaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 una Modificaci\u00f3n puntual del PGOU, sin detrimento de que algunas cuestiones que no son competencia del mismo, como por ejemplo el establecimiento de una \u201cecotasa\u201d, se aborde con otros instrumentos.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto al tema de la moratoria en la expedici\u00f3n de licencias, afirm\u00f3 que con la Aprobaci\u00f3n Inicial de la Modificaci\u00f3n puntual del PGOU se aprobar\u00e1 la mencionada moratoria. Asimismo, aclar\u00f3, que es posible que la propuesta de modificaci\u00f3n se lleve al pr\u00f3ximo Pleno.<\/p>\n<p>APDHA <strong>critic\u00f3 en la reuni\u00f3n que el Ayuntamiento no haya articulado ninguna participaci\u00f3n social para la elaboraci\u00f3n de esta modificaci\u00f3n del PGOU, pese a ser un tema ampliamente reclamado por los diferentes colectivos<\/strong> entre ellos la APDHA. Prueba de ello es que no se entreg\u00f3 ni se dispone por dichos colectivos del texto que se va a llevar a pleno.
