{"id":5117,"date":"2021-09-07T09:50:33","date_gmt":"2021-09-07T09:50:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/?p=5117"},"modified":"2023-03-23T14:51:03","modified_gmt":"2023-03-23T14:51:03","slug":"informe-panorama-de-la-educacion-en-la-bahia-de-cadiz-septiembre-21","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/informe-panorama-de-la-educacion-en-la-bahia-de-cadiz-septiembre-21\/","title":{"rendered":"INFORME \u00abPanorama de la Educaci\u00f3n en la Bah\u00eda de C\u00e1diz\u00bb | Septiembre &#8217;21"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>La Asociaci\u00f3n Pro Derechos de Andaluc\u00eda presenta su informe \u201cPanorama de la Educaci\u00f3n en la Bah\u00eda de C\u00e1diz\u201d<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Aprovecha el comienzo de curso para denunciar la pol\u00edtica privatizadora que ejerce la Junta de Andaluc\u00eda en la Bah\u00eda de C\u00e1diz. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Los datos que presentan ponen de manifiesto las importantes carencias de la zona en materia educativa.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/Panorama-Educaci\u00f3n-BAH\u00cdA-DE-C\u00c1DIZ.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">Descargar informe PDF<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">C\u00e1diz 7 de septiembre de 2021<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La Asociaci\u00f3n Pro Derechos Humanos de Andaluc\u00eda ha presentado hoy el informe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/Panorama-Educaci\u00f3n-BAH\u00cdA-DE-C\u00c1DIZ.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>\u201cPanorama de la educaci\u00f3n en la Bah\u00eda de C\u00e1diz\u201d<\/strong><\/a> en el que se realiza un estudio con datos obtenidos de distintas fuentes, tales como el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n y Formaci\u00f3n Profesional, Junta de Andaluc\u00eda, INE, Observatorio Argos, Eurostat, OCDE, Sindicatos y Marea Verde. Denuncian el acoso que la Junta realiza sobre la Escuela P\u00fablica de la Bah\u00eda con una pol\u00edtica salvaje de supresi\u00f3n de unidades, supresi\u00f3n a la que parece blindada la escuela privada y concertada.<\/p>\n<p>La entidad apunta que \u201cnunca en la historia de la democracia se ha dado un recorte tan importante en l\u00edneas escolares de la escuela p\u00fablica\u201d. Con la excusa del descenso de la poblaci\u00f3n, en los \u00faltimos cinco cursos escolares, la Consejer\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n y Deporte, <strong>de las 2237 aulas que se han suprimido 2050 eran de la escuela p\u00fablica<\/strong>. Esto no parece repercutir en la escuela privada y privada-concertada que est\u00e1 totalmente blindada y con la que se siguen renovando y ampliando conciertos\u201d. Destacan que en el curso 2019\/2020 se suprimieron 413 l\u00edneas en Andaluc\u00eda, siendo C\u00e1diz una de las provincias m\u00e1s afectadas y en concreto en la Bah\u00eda, la ciudad de C\u00e1diz, San Fernando, el Puerto Santa Mar\u00eda y Chiclana.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/tempImage2EG3pA.jpg\"><img class=\"alignleft wp-image-5139\" src=\"https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/tempImage2EG3pA.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"546\" height=\"410\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/tempImage2EG3pA.jpg 4032w, https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/tempImage2EG3pA-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/tempImage2EG3pA-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/tempImage2EG3pA-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/tempImage2EG3pA-150x113.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 546px) 100vw, 546px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En el informe se ha constatado <strong>que Espa\u00f1a es el tercer pa\u00eds, por detr\u00e1s de B\u00e9lgica y Malta con menos alumnado en la escuela p\u00fablica. En Europa, el alumnado matriculado en la escuela p\u00fablica es mayoritario.<\/strong> En Espa\u00f1a es del 69%, muy por debajo de la media europea que es del 87,5%.<\/p>\n<p>El informe llama la atenci\u00f3n sobre otros par\u00e1metros que afectan a la calidad de nuestro Sistema Educativo, como que <strong>en la poblaci\u00f3n de la Bah\u00eda de C\u00e1diz existe un alto grado de abandono escolar temprano y estudios secundarios sin finalizar<\/strong> \u2013 un 38,5%-, siendo este porcentaje superior a la media andaluza, estatal y europea.<\/p>\n<p>Aproximadamente la mitad de la poblaci\u00f3n de la Bah\u00eda de C\u00e1diz s\u00f3lo tiene estudios secundarios. Estos bajos niveles tambi\u00e9n se dan en los estudios Universitarios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lamentan tambi\u00e9n que se nieguen oportunidades laborales con la escasa oferta de plazas p\u00fablicas de FP<\/strong>, lo que supondr\u00eda una ventana de oportunidades en el resurgimiento industrial de la Bah\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Resaltan que aproximadamente el 82% del alumnado con dificultades de aprendizaje y el alumnado migrante est\u00e1 matriculado en la escuela p\u00fablica, lo que demuestra la poca sensibilidad de la patronal de la escuela privada y privada-concertada.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al impacto de la pandemia, subrayan que durante el confinamiento la desigualdad social afecta a la educaci\u00f3n de una gran parte del alumnado, ya que \u201cla brecha digital, la pobreza y la precariedad en las condiciones de vida de las familias m\u00e1s desfavorecidas han hecho evidente que la educaci\u00f3n digital no puede ser de ninguna manera igualitaria y el resultado ha sido que la segregaci\u00f3n escolar ya existente se ha consolidado y ampliado.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Resaltan tambi\u00e9n, la <strong>necesidad de implementar pol\u00edticas educativas<\/strong><strong> compensatorias<\/strong> como profesorado de apoyo, grupos de alumnado reducido, personal especializado, dotar de comedores y equipamientos escolares en aquellos contextos sociales donde se necesite y adem\u00e1s d<strong>enuncian la necesidad de mantener los puestos de trabajo creados durante la pandemia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finalizan recordando que la educaci\u00f3n es un derecho b\u00e1sico del ser humano, no un negocio, por lo que hay que apostar firmemente por una escuela p\u00fablica, igualitaria, participativa, plural, laica y de calidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t<style
