Seg\u00fan coment\u00f3 Luisa Cort\u00e9s, secretaria de la entidad, durante la presentaci\u00f3n \u201cesta gu\u00eda tambi\u00e9n responde a la necesidad de dar a conocer esos recursos a la ciudadan\u00eda en general, sobre todo en un contexto en el que la exclusi\u00f3n social por la brecha digital ha provocado que m\u00e1s de 800.000 familias en Espa\u00f1a est\u00e9n perdiendo oportunidades de mejorar su situaci\u00f3n debido a esta dificultad tecnol\u00f3gica\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde la corporaci\u00f3n Municipal, la concejala de Asuntos Sociales Mar\u00eda del Carmen Mendoza insisti\u00f3 en que \u201clos Servicios Sociales son un derecho fundamental de los y las ciudadanas, y en esta gu\u00eda adem\u00e1s de recogerse este servicio p\u00fablico se dan a conocer las entidades conile\u00f1as con las que trabajamos codo con codo para intentar paliar la situaci\u00f3n de exclusi\u00f3n o vulnerabilidad de las personas que m\u00e1s lo necesitan en nuestro pueblo. Esta gu\u00eda es una oportunidad para que se amplie la difusi\u00f3n de las prestaciones que existen y a su vez seguir tejiendo redes entre los distintos colectivos y la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la presentaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se hizo menci\u00f3n a que \u201cen Andaluc\u00eda, la pobreza y la exclusi\u00f3n social, lejos de superarse, se han cronificado aludiendo a los \u00faltimos datos del informe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foessa.es\/main-files\/uploads\/sites\/16\/2022\/02\/Informes-Territoriales-2022__Andalucia.pdf\">FOESSA<\/a> que realiza C\u00e1ritas\u201d, datos que desvelan que en 2021 se ha incrementado en m\u00e1s de un 25% la diferencia entre la poblaci\u00f3n con m\u00e1s y con menos recursos, cifra que supera el incremento registrado durante la crisis del 2008.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En APDHA insisten en remarcar que no solo sufren exclusi\u00f3n las personas pobres o las personas sin hogar; tambi\u00e9n aquellas que tienen m\u00e1s dificultades para acceder al mercado laboral y las que carecen de derechos civiles y pol\u00edticos como son las mujeres, las personas j\u00f3venes, las personas mayores que est\u00e1n solas, las personas migrantes o personas con capacidades diversas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finalizan recordando que la gu\u00eda, adem\u00e1s haberse presentado en formato f\u00edsico se puede descargar de forma
