{"id":6617,"date":"2023-12-29T10:37:39","date_gmt":"2023-12-29T10:37:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/?p=6617"},"modified":"2023-12-29T11:47:51","modified_gmt":"2023-12-29T11:47:51","slug":"la-participacion-ciudadana-un-problema-en-la-ciudad-de-cadiz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/la-participacion-ciudadana-un-problema-en-la-ciudad-de-cadiz\/","title":{"rendered":"La participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, un problema en la ciudad de C\u00e1diz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><strong>Nota de prensa<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><strong>La participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, un problema en la ciudad de C\u00e1diz<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Las asociaciones gaditanas creen que los mecanismos de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana del Ayuntamiento no responden verdaderamente a los intereses y necesidades de las organizaciones de C\u00e1diz.<\/li>\n<li>La APDHA pide que el Ayuntamiento disponga las herramientas necesarias para conseguir una aut\u00e9ntica democracia participativa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Asociaci\u00f3n Pro Derechos Humanos de Andaluc\u00eda ha realizado un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/ENCUESTA-DIAGNOSITOC-PC-CADIZ-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">estudio sobre la realidad de la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en nuestra ciudad<\/a><\/strong> y, para ello, han realizado una encuesta a las asociaciones con diferentes preguntas sobre la gesti\u00f3n de la participaci\u00f3n de las organizaciones en las mesas y\/o foros sectoriales organizados por parte del Ayuntamiento de C\u00e1diz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/ENCUESTA-DIAGNOSITOC-PC-CADIZ-2.pdf\"><img class=\"alignleft wp-image-6620\" src=\"https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/portada-pc-cadiz-diagnostico.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"397\" height=\"561\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/portada-pc-cadiz-diagnostico.png 1587w, https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/portada-pc-cadiz-diagnostico-212x300.png 212w, https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/portada-pc-cadiz-diagnostico-724x1024.png 724w, https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/portada-pc-cadiz-diagnostico-768x1086.png 768w, https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/portada-pc-cadiz-diagnostico-1086x1536.png 1086w, https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/portada-pc-cadiz-diagnostico-1448x2048.png 1448w, https:\/\/www.apdha.org\/cadiz\/wp-content\/uploads\/portada-pc-cadiz-diagnostico-106x150.png 106w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 397px) 100vw, 397px\" \/><\/a>En el documento han realizado preguntas en torno a la importancia y a la valoraci\u00f3n del fomento de esta por parte del ayuntamiento de la ciudad. En las conclusiones destacan que \u201cvotar cada 4 a\u00f1os no es la verdadera participaci\u00f3n ciudadana. En C\u00e1diz tenemos un reglamento de participaci\u00f3n ciudadana del 2017 en el que m\u00e1s de la mitad de las organizaciones no participaron ni fueron consultadas\u201d, apuntan las propias organizaciones. En este sentido, los propios colectivos consultados relatan, a trav\u00e9s de este estudio, que m\u00e1s del 64% de las asociaciones han respondido que las mesas o foros no responden a sus necesidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subrayan que las organizaciones han estimado que participar en el seguimiento de la implementaci\u00f3n de las pol\u00edticas municipales permitir\u00eda retomar e incrementar la confianza con la administraci\u00f3n local, ya que \u201clas asociaciones son las que conocen de primera mano las necesidades de la ciudadan\u00eda y son las que trabajan codo con codo para ofrecer los recursos o satisfacer las demandas de los colectivos a los que atienden\u201d. Hacen referencia tambi\u00e9n a la diversidad en las problem\u00e1ticas de perfiles que las organizaciones han manifestado atender desde la pandemia. Destacan que \u201cunas mesas o foros sectoriales deben fomentar que los colectivos se coordinen, se conozcan y se apoyen mutuamente para dar respuestas m\u00e1s eficaces y eficientes\u201d en relaci\u00f3n a como est\u00e1n estructurados estos instrumentos, que funcionan de forma jerarquizada y burocr\u00e1tica.
